Customer Service Simplified was founded under a simple premise. As a long-time operator in the delivery of service, it's founder, Eli Federman felt that getting help (as a consumer) was often a difficult and complicated task. This was frequently compounded by an inconsistent experience across a company's various channels, e.g., phone, online, or automated. Therefore, with over twenty years of experience developing, shaping and optimizing the customer experience, Eli set out to help clients simplify and distinguish their delivery of service and in so doing help them create competitive advantage.
